I have a passion for baking and would love to share this with you.
After working in finance for 11 years I finally took the plunge to leave and train at the Ashburton Cookery School to become a Patisserie Chef. I have always enjoyed baking and this has ignited my passion to bake all the time.
I love to experiment with new flavour combinations so if you have some ideas in mind for something a bit different or unique for your special occasion then I'd love to create something just for you!
